V720 is a surveillance video service client for home users.
With "V720", you can easily view the real-time video and historical video of your apartment, villa, shop, office and other places. Through the alarm service of "V720", you can receive abnormal alarms from the device in real time through APP push and WeChat public account push, and check them at the first time.

V720 provides optional cloud storage subscription service to help you store the video triggered by the camera safely in the cloud. You can review the historical video at any time during the validity period to prevent data loss caused by device loss or failure.

7-day recurring storage package: ￥15/month (auto-renewal)
30-day recurring storage package: ￥28/month (auto-renewal)
30-day recurring storage package (annual payment): ￥88/year (auto-renewal)
7-day recurring storage package (annual payment): ￥88/year (auto-renewal)
30-day recurring storage package (annual payment): ￥168/year (auto-renewal)
30-day recurring storage package: ￥28/month (auto-renewal)
Subscription instructions:
All subscriptions are auto-renewal types unless manually turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle;
Once confirmed, the fee will be deducted from the user's Apple ID account;
Users can view and manage subscription status in "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions";
After canceling the subscription, the service can still be used normally during the current subscription period. After the expiration, the subscription will stop renewing and the cloud data will be cleared.

Complete waste of time. Doesn’t connect nor work the way it’s meant to. Highly disappointed

It won’t connect, every attempt keeps saying its timed out. 0/10 do not recommend
Its a decent product.
It works as expected, its simple to install and operate. Although it has some connection issues at times, it does work. Updates would be helpful but as it is a product with certain origins it is expected to have some minor issues.
Absolutely a rubbish
Always not working and also too many ads pop up, it’s an absolutely Chinese counterfeit products !
Don’t bother
Constantly displays “device offline”. Tried resetting and deleting and retrying but no luck. Cheers Temu.

App cant connect to my camera. Waste of money on the device
The worst camera ever
I have tried to download this app a few times but nothing is in English. I used the QR code that came with the instructions and still nothing. I’ll keep trying to figure it out but I’m usually pretty good at these things. I won’t be purchasing any more of them.
Wrong camera
This is not the camera that is on the preview or Facebook. The camera that’s on Facebook is a smaller one than the one I received, and it has a magnet on it where you can stick it to your car or other things. This camera has no magnet. You can’t stick it to anything. The commercial states that you don’t need a computer you don’t need Internet. It don’t have a battery and it will last for a long, long time not true. This camera is bulky bigger than I was expecting. it does need to be charged and it don’t last a long time. I feel so cheated.
Customer Service
The customer service is non existent. Manual instructions are in Chinese. Unable to get support. Unable to view videos without the harassment of watching advertisements without solicitation. Video playback either difficult or impossible.
