I have tried to download this app a few times but nothing is in English. I used the QR code that came with the instructions and still nothing. I’ll keep trying to figure it out but I’m usually pretty good at these things. I won’t be purchasing any more of them.

This is not the camera that is on the preview or Facebook. The camera that’s on Facebook is a smaller one than the one I received, and it has a magnet on it where you can stick it to your car or other things. This camera has no magnet. You can’t stick it to anything. The commercial states that you don’t need a computer you don’t need Internet. It don’t have a battery and it will last for a long, long time not true. This camera is bulky bigger than I was expecting. it does need to be charged and it don’t last a long time. I feel so cheated.

The customer service is non existent. Manual instructions are in Chinese. Unable to get support. Unable to view videos without the harassment of watching advertisements without solicitation. Video playback either difficult or impossible.

I just bought this camera from Temu for like $3.50. I guess I got my moneys worth out of it. It would probably get you out of a bind until you bought another one but other than that it is junk. The app freezes up every time I log onto it. Don’t waste your money. Get a better camera.

Bought this small cam and knew since it was from China it was probably just one more item from the island of misfit toys and it did not fail to meet my expectations! Thanks CHI - NA! Just one more reason I am no longer doing any mail order service ever again! Good luck with the tariffs!

App doesn’t work anymore

I just got this camera and while the camera works fine, clear picture excellent sound, night vision is non existent but it’s the app that’s ignorant. Pop up ads Every. Single. Time. I open this thing. I mean… what the actual…… why???!!!!!! good thing it only monitors my driveway and not any possible point of entry. We’d be dead already!! Hard pass on this one. I’m going back to Teckin.
