Very smooth app that is easy to navigate and a neat modern design. Lots of options available to browse in my location.
Filter funktionieren nicht
Eigentlich eine sehr tolle App. Leider werden mir aber trotz Filter auch Unterkünfte angezeigt, in denen keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Schon ein paar mal fast gebucht - das wäre teuer geworden. So erschwert es nur erheblich die Suche.
Login nicht möglich
…da man keine E-Mail zum Login erhält. Service vor Wochen darauf aufmerksam gemacht….bisher keine Antwort außer der Standard-Email. Absolut unterirdisch der Service. So taugt die App rein gar nichts.
Schade um die App
Ich nutze die App schon länger, und war bisher recht zufrieden. Leider werden die eingestellten Angebote scheinbar nicht genügend geprüft, so das es vor allem bei der Anwendung von Filtern zu unerwünschten Ergebnissen kommt. Wenn ich ein FerienHAUS suche, und mir dann massenweise Zimmer, Wohnungen und Apartments ab 15 qm angeboten werden ist die Suche sinnlos! Ebenso sollten die Filter erweitert werden. Beispielsweise fehlt der Filter Privater Pool.
Resultate trotz gewählten Zeitraum ausgebucht
Nutzlos. Ich wähle einen Zeitraum und bekomme Ergebnisse angezeigt. Klicke ich in die Ergebnisse werden 90% davon dann als „ausgebucht“ deklariert. Warum werden Ergebnisse für einen Zeitraum angezeigt die gar nicht Verfügbar sind? Super frustrierende User experience.
Voll geil
Die Locations die man hier findet sind günstig und zum Teil auch richtige Insider 😍 ich bin froh das ich die App gefunden, zum Teil besser als booking…🙌
Umbuchung nicht möglich
In der App sind keine Umbuchungen möglich, der Support schickt eine automatische Antwort und danach hört man nichts mehr! Kann nur jedem davon abraten diese App zu benutzen
AI hat Nachholbedarf
Die AI (ja, ist noch Beta) war leider nicht hilfreich. Wenn man auf Fragen wie „Wieviele Zimmer benötigst du?“ mit „Eines.“ antwortet, kommt nur die Antwort, dass man es mit einer anderen Formulierung versuchen soll. Auch andere Formulierungen führten nicht zum Ziel. Wenn man ihr über andere Prompts doch ein „Ok, ich suche nach passenden Zielen“ entlocken konnte, passiert lange Zeit nichts und die Sitzung wird irgendwann ohne Ergebnis beendet.
