Half the time this app doesn’t allow me to get access at my local Valero station. Says the closest station is 2 miles away when I’m sitting next the the gas pump! The wife has the same issue at several other stations!

I love this app!!! It’s so easy to use and you get great savings too! I use the map to see the prices at other Valero stations when I’m traveling.

I was unable to purchase fuel from two Valero stations in lufkin today. Is there a problem I should be concerned about?

It logged me out after each use. However, this time around I’m unable to login because prior to the update, only an email was required and now it’s asking to verify my account with a cell number which my account doesn’t have.

Ad says fifty cents off for new customers downloaded app and got five cents off what a rip off

My wife wanted me to go get lunch, but she had my card with her at work and I didn’t know how to pay for gas until I found this app. So it literally saved her from killing me and getting her lunch to her.😂

We have been using this app for more than a year, now three months ago when I open the app to use my rewards it’s saying that my phone is compromised and can’t go farther. I called customer service then (two months ago) and the cs lady said -oh yeah they know the issue. Just go to a different location. -how is it that going to another location my app is going to work … duhh” then she said -oh yeah sorry nothing that I can do in that. Is there something else? .. (great CS right?) keep opening appt -same error. I called again few weeks ago and the CS guy took my info and told me that somebody will contact me bc he needed to escalate the call or the issue. I received an email re: app issue and they asked me my type of phone that I’m using, wrote that info and send it back. A few days before that the answer came back saying that there is a problem with that app and will be fix within an update latter but there is nothing that they can do now. Thanks! In the mid time I’m not able to us my saving rewards (as it’s promised) and that was the main reason that I got this cc because really, I can pay for gas anywhere I want to at a regular price and better customer service . don’t fix it. Going with my business elsewhere, and to tell you the truth I really think you can’t give us any more discounts and its better for y’all to make up an excuse blocking us from the app and keep your money in your pockets this is call false advertisement” just tell us in an email if you wish that your promotion is over and let me decide what to do BUT don’t make up excuses at lie to us, you look really bad as a company! “MY DEVICE IS NOT SAFE” what is that!?

Convenient and helps me keep track of gas expense.

Valero pay is very easy to use. It is so user friendly that it will be my go to gas application when needed. It fits my budget well. Rodney S.
