Hidden fees, inability to early settle any debts, application glitchy at best. Customer service on all channels are not knowledgeable and it’s very hard to reach support. Multiple promises of callbacks that were never fulfilled. Committed to a transaction after being misinformed about the deal. No terms and conditions available to customers. What an absolute joke of an app and operation when this was marketed as a trusted app / business.

A lot of hidden fees when you purchase your item then when you pay really bad experience don’t recommend

Couldn’t sign up / sign in, welcome text arrived missing an OTP then in the resend OTP the code provided failed. Username is my phone number, besides being a big nono for a finance app I also can’t let go of my phone number for fear someone else might get access to my profile.

The application request numerous sensitive information in order to register and verify, but takes no responsibility of safe keeping that sensitive information. You must be self destructive in order to accept ValU contract. You have complete right to push away all obligations related to the sold products, but the least you could do is mention the complete securing of the information, and that you will not be sharing that information with anyone, without the written consent of the user.

If I would give lower than 1 star I would’ve cause of this atrocity of an application. Not user friendly at all and not convenient. You should be ashamed of this horrible quality
