Everytime want to use the app I had to login, what is this nonsense

Face ID no longer works. App has become extremely buggy. Unable to delete items from inbox…. The list just keeps adding up.

App is broken, can’t key in username and password

Before the update, things were alright, at least stable. After the recent update, constant crashing, ridiculous. Please fix or at least revert back to the previous version. Whoever coded the new app/update should be fired straightway.

Firstly, why cant we use phone number like last time to enjoy membership in store has to download this user interface that is not user friendly at all? The invite of associate member doesnt work. If you want to change to app, please ensure is user friendly. It is one of the worst app i have used!

Cursor is microscopic and cannot be seen. Keypad does not activate because icon is too tiny. Impossible to use. For a tech store, this app fails.

Associate member got problem and no one to help to resolve

This app is dumb, at first, counter front ask user to register at their desk, exposing ur private info in front of the counter, upon register no password given, once u back home register this dumb app u will then wonder what’s the pw, if u request reset password this dumb app redirected u to nowhere, very stupid UX. Will uninstall it now.

No response even restart phone , reinstall app. Looks like never updated.
