Thé app détects my position during start correctly. But when I want to use thé Go to function to get a route it tells me, it does Not know any more where i am. I also dont know which Bus Station is thé next (a normal app would tell me this) . So thé App is completely useless if I havé no détailed plan of all routes and all Bus stations in paper Format. I tried to enter thé names of thé stations from google maps. This is a nightmare. PLEASE let the user enter at least 4 to 5 letters until you start searching for stations. It is not possible to enter the letters except with 5 seconds waiting time between them.

Não funcionará, debita valores dos passes mensais e não disponibiliza o passe para o uso. Impossível falar com qualquer pessoa dessa empresa, não tem número para ligar e não respondem ao email! Um lixo de aplicativo e empresa!

Hello, the layout is basically good. But th me app doesn’t cache previous searches, one has to start anew every time. Also, the autofill is very slow, the user easily overwrites letters previously entered making search for a specific destination very tedious. Overall, usability is poor.

i try to get a refund of my credit loaded in the app. but it seems, no one is responsible, no one answers in the app tool for questions, no one knows at the ticket stores how it works… i’m still waiting for the refund.

Ticket für 14 Euro gekauft um die App 7 Tage nützen zu können . Die App hängt ständig und der größte Fehler war die App zu löschen , denn dann kommt man nicht mehr rein und das Geld ist weg …!!! Nie wieder

Vorbei die Zeit des Herumirrens auf der Suche nach Bushaltestellen oder Busverbindungen! Hervorragende Darstellung mit vielen Optionen Danke an die Entwickler

Paguei pelo crédito, na hora de aparecer o saldo, o aplicativo fechou, como se tivesse ocorrido um erro, e quando abriu denovo, não havia crédito nenhum, mas o dinheiro saiu da minha conta bancária e nunca voltou. Ou seja, a Vamus levou meu dinheiro… reclamei nos canais da empresa, nunca sequer me responderam.

Pague 2 veces y nunca se activó el Qr he reclamado a los contactos y ni responden ni devuelven mi dinero, encima tuve que comprar una tarjeta física y pagar dos días encima efectivo al chofer o sea pagué triple el mismo servicio. Mejor haga su tarjeta y cargue en la terminal

Você faz compra do passe pela aplicação , cobram o valor e nada de creditarem o passe ! Serviço de atendimento ao cliente ???? Uma lástima… só email com resposta automática ! Vamus Algarve , resolva os problemas

Os autocarros não aparecem no mapa, a app é lenta e desconecta-me da minha conta pelo menos 1 vez a semana. Terrível
