I set up to be able to transfer money to another bank for family ease. With no communications it will not work. I’m frustrated.

I liked calling on phone better. There’s no choice so I’m making the best of it.

Simple. All accounts easy to navigate.

It took 6 weeks to get a replacement debit card with other minor issues. Sometimes transactions flow smoothly. New app is better.

It’s like anything you gotta get used to it and after talking to the sweet lady at our bank, she explained it to me how to fix it so it isn't as bad as I thought.She said they’re probably gonna fix the letters and numbers to be brighter and there is one other thing they need to fix and that is when you go to do a transfer they should put checking next to that also.Not just the numbers to your account.That would make it easier while doing transfers. Thank You VCU. I feel better now
