I accidentally pressed the protection fee because it was my first time using this app. It didn’t show me the total I was sending and the person that received the money didn’t get the full money. I wanted to cancel the transfer and it didn’t allow me to do so, so now I payed $6 more for no reason.

IF YOU BLOCK YOUR CARDS USING THIS APP, THE APP WILL ALWAYS BREAK AND NOT LET YOU UNBLOCK THEM. EVEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS BANK ARE COMPLETELY USELESS IN EVERY REGARD. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU’RE ASKING IS “IMPOSSIBLE”. DO NOT EVER USE VANTAGE WEST. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO WELLS FARGO, AND I WILL NOT BE REPAYING MY CREDIT CARD UNTIL YOU FIX THIS.

When I open up the app to make a transfer I really want to make one, which is why I opened the app in the first place. Having the app suddenly decide- Oh you wanted to go back to the login page when you were a second away from being done making said transfer and now have to do it all over again- is really aggravating. Shaving off seconds of my fleeting existence on this Earth just to do something I was already basically done with. Other than that the app is lovey. P.S. Not thrilled about having to wait 10 “business” days for a new card in the mail when one, in the past, could go in and get a new one same day at a branch location. 😕

The app has many flaws and vantage west as a business is a a horrible credit union. I’ve been here 6 years.

It is useless, crashes constantly, zelle is a battle to get to work every single time, 4 times trying to send money just now with zelle and it just crashes every single time, I never have this kind of problems with apps- only this one, would negative 5 stars if possible

There is a flaw in your system, and unless you operate this yourself, you may not know or see it. When I push the button to deposit my checks, I have to have my iPad straight up and down and then the next screen when I have to do a snapshot of the check. I have to turn the screen and it doesn’t make sense to have to do both so you might consider looking into it. Systems slow but other than that works for me thank you. Oh by the way, this is excellent service offer. This means I don’t have to go in the bank or to the machine I can get things done at home. much appreciated VVC

You would think a new app would have less issues but the new app constantly has issues, just now I was trying to transfer money and it never loads despite restarting my phone, using other apps etc. hopefully the bug is fixed soon because I’m almost about to switch banks if this continues

Would give this app 5 stars if they could incorporate account balances into home screen widgets for at a glance viewing. Their are some other nitpicks I have, like credit rewards being unintuitive to find in the app and the actual website portal being under some degree of maintenance or limitation going on 5 months… But most all of the important bits are great. Just needs some optimization.
