What if I forget the password and I didn’t know how open it again - where’s the forgot password tap?

I force problem with this application because I already use it to keep my photos & videos safe from Intruders, but suddenly it’s not able to open after enter password, only loading and unhide one photo to gallery after that crashed and close, so i will lose my data I already to sent many emails to The app support but without any reply, so i advice anyone to trying keep his data safe Without accrediting apps like that without any support.
