All my videos are lost
I have a premium membership and all my videos uploaded on the cloud have corrupted. I can’t find anywhere to contact support
Good while it worked
I am not sure what has gone wrong after a week of not using the app, now the logo flashes and exists. I have tons of pictures in the app not sure where they are and how to recover them. This happened before too but an update fixed it. UPDATE: after today’s update, still does not run on iPhone 13 Pro. Crashes immediately. UPDATE Dec 2023, there was an update yesterday but still the same, app crashes as soon as it comes up. Need urgent help. Looks like the app is illegally snooping around your phone and iOS crashes it. See iphone crash log: "termination" : {"flags":518,"code":0,"namespace":"TCC","details":["This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSFaceIDUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data."]}, HELP: how do I get my documents out of this app data? With backup browser I see the data objects but can’t convert them to readable documents. UPDATE: Today’s update Nov-20-2024 fixed the app after two years of not working.

i got this app back in highschool, it’s been a few years since i last added anything and i wanted to clean out my photos. Thing is the app won't open. There’s been no updates, and i just want my old photos back.

I had the app for more than 11 years on all of my previous iphones and I have came across this bug that’s keeping me from using the app. I was attempting to export pictures from the app to my gallery and I selected multiple pictures and it crashed after sending the second picture, I restarted the app but it freezes right after I enter the passcode and says (sending 2 of 70) and then crash immediately. and it’s been like this for days now. I’ve tried everything I restarted the phone I offloaded the app and downloaded it again, i gave it few days and it’s not working at all I saw other reviews on the App store that explains the same issue. These pictures are the most important and precious pictures that I have in my life please fix this!!!!!!

I just renewed on October 6 through Apple, and these people are trying to charge me again, not cool gentleman!!!!!
No longer functional
The developers need to fix this application. I have not been able to access my important pictures and files for some time now. I deleted them off my phone because I trusted this app. I can no longer see pictures that I can never get back. Please take this seriously and find a remedy to fix this. When I tap on the app, it just automatically shuts down.
Unable to enter the app
I really regret to save all my privacy data in vaults. I have been trying to open the app but i can’t. I wish u could tell me the way to open it. Whenever i press the app, it leads me back to Home Screen
App crashes. Won’t open
This app used to work fine… now it just crashes when trying to open and never opens… would love a fix. Got some important files in there … big sad. I’ve tried offloading and reinstalling. Not sure what else to try.
