VegEase: Fruits & Veg Delivery

Order twice from VegEase and both times received low quality product. After my first order I make a complaint and received refund and after that I wanted to uninstall the app so I order again to exhaust my wallet amount but again I received rotten apples. But this time they refund half of the amount. So now I decided to secrifice my 31 rupees and uninstall the app.

In every order some items will be missing, some items will be rotten and no customer care executive to report. Very disappointed with the service of the app.

I have ordered first time for 600 rs and the amount was deducted and the delivery time was after 48 hours and was opted for 7- 11 then I did not get it in a week day and the agent told me he will be there by 1.pm I denied but he came to my society and called me @2pm again I declined but he requested me to receive the packets so I asked to put those with the guard and believe me the potatoes and onions were rotten and smelling and also missing I have ordered 600 rs vegetable but didn’t receive 300 rs items and support is worth less and don’t know anything Please use Zepto, Blinkit, bigbasket and country delight but NEVER VEGEASE🙏 Regards Ajitav

Ordering from here for almost a year. Almost every third day. App has lots of problems. Vegetables aren’t always fresh, sometimes you order 500 worth of vegetables but only 200 worth come because they were out of stock, sometimes the quality is so bad you have to return them. Winner is their customer service. If I’m returning 100 worth of veggies, the delivery guy will take it, place a call, and your bill will be adjusted in real time. Then you pay. Whole thing of returning takes 5 mins. Always order COD to avoid hassle. The prompt return and hassle free real time problem solving is the only reason I love them. Sometimes it’s very frustrating ordering from them because I’ll place an entire order of veggies just to get some lemons but in the order everything will come except lemons. That makes me mad AF. Coz they can just write out of stock in app but they don’t. Their quality used to be horrible a year ago, I almost had to return 60% of whole order everytime, but now it’s down to 10% and sometimes none at all. Prices are also fantastic for everything. Quality of veggies is so-so, but at the prices they give, it’s acceptable.

Its better if you work on your product quality and delivery part instead of spending on advertisements because I placed multiple orders and always faced issues with VegEase that delivery doesn't happens on time and even when it comes late the products are rotten.

Third rate app. Fooling people to download app and not giving what they are promising. Useless customer support.

Quality and quality issue and generally delivered item is missing. Whenever I order for a kg of half an kg any fruit , they delivered only about 250gm at max . First time, I received the complete order and was satisfied but second time, almost all the discounted items were missing when I received it. Moreover, they didn’t inform about it before delivering otherwise I would have canceled the order because all the main items were marked as out of stock at the time of delivery.

I ordered first time through this app and they had given time for delivery in between 7.00 AM to 11.00 AM but deliver the product at 7.50 PM after many follow up that to be only through chat… No one is there atleast to call customer and have a word. The worst past came when the delivery boy handover the product and telling there are many products not available…that’s it’s less products are in the basket… Requesting company management to please correct all this silly mistakes and don’t only deliver the product keeping in my mind that we are giving in very less price… No satisfied with the services…I finally returned the product with a bad mood…
