Vehicle Maintenance Tracker

This is a very user friendly app. Great for tracking anything you need to device on a regular basis and save history of service.

I wanted to have one place where I could quickly record all my car maintenance related info. I initially downloaded the free one put out by the manufacturer of my car. The TOS was completely unacceptable. The amount of personal data that app gobbles up is simply outrageous. It’s important to read that legal junk before using these apps. VMT is so simple to use, and yet it’s complete. I love how I can attach receipts of parts & service. It’s everything I need - and I don’t have to hand over all my contacts & browser history to use it! Thanks! 🙂

This is what everyone should start out with since it’s free. If you like it then keep using it. If you want to pay for an app eventually then switch to another, but this one is free and doesn’t continuously ask you to pay for anything. Excellent FREE app.

Been looking for an app like this to keep track of machine maintenance. I’m a small engine tech for a good sized landscape company with a ton of machines and equipment. So far so good thanks for the app.

Great app, but the updates are slow. It’s understandable that the developer would prioritize updates for the paid version, but it’s been over a year since the free app got any fixes. But, I guess you get what you pay for.

I love this app. I wanted something where I could track maintenance as I do a lot of my own maintenance but could also upload receipts and other data needed for historical value. I also like that I can set reminders on timelines I want vs the manufacturer ( I tend to perform maintenance more frequently that suggested by manufacturer). Export history to CSV files for backup, data comparison or printing out. Whoever buys my truck after me will have a comprehensive life history above and beyond CarFax. Great tool with a ton of features in just the free version- or upgrade to pro for a small recurring fee. This is the first app review I’ve ever done but stands out so much I had to let people know. Well done!

I absolutely love this app! I’ve been using the VMT (Free) for like 2 years and today I decided to upgrade to Pro! It has really been a life saver keeping track of my maintenance and finding receipts when I need to confirm warranties! Thank You Developer(s)

I love the features this app offers. I love that it’s not affiliated with a major car sales company and allows me to track many vehicles. I wish the developer would add a “comments” box to each maintenance entry so I could record details not covered by the checklist or the uploaded photos. I just upgraded to the paid version so I can access the data on other devices.

A major downside for me is the fact you have to sign in every time you use the app. The app doesn’t allow the password to be saved and retrieved from Keychain. I’m using the app on my iPhone, I should not be forced to sign in every time. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help. For me I’m only storing car maintenance information, something I don’t need password protected. Really frustrating.
