Bike-sharing has never been so easy
Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a vel’OH!” and choose your vel’OH! from the list of available bikes there.
At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

The “vel’OH! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.
Access the service as a group
You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “vel’OH! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
Collect points
Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Bad app, bad customer service, nothing works!!!!
Don’t download or use this app. Super bad customer service and the whole app doesn’t work. Tried to rent 2 bikes on different accounts it didn’t work. We paid for the subscription but the bike never got released from the station. Such a hassle if you want to get your money back. BAD BAD BAD NO OTHERS WORDS. YOU ARE WARNED.
Payment methods
I tried to rent 2 bikes at once through the app but the system couldn’t do that, though the payment that was written off was for 2 bikes. Then I tried to rent one separately through the app again and then the system said my subscription is not valid.
Luckily we were at a spot where you can rent and pay with a debit card and swipe a bike loose through the app.
The next day we wanted to do the same: rent 2 bikes, but separate as I learned my lesson from the day before. But at this spot it was not possible to pay with a debit card. Very very disappointed that the app doesn’t show the spots where you can choose the way of payment.
Also the phone number to call customer service is not available or visible for any help. I would have given you 1* but my daughter said 2* as we did enjoy the bike ride through the city. But in fact you fail for other users outside the country. Even the text in the update field is in French. There’s one review from 2 years ago. Really no more reviews after that? I did read that the average score of this app has been changed recently. Why?
Doesnt work
I m a week in luxcity and i wanted to try this rental bikes. But guess what i dont get a confirmation e-mail. So you cannot use it. I tried to call them but the info nr doesn’t exist. I e-mail them and they dont reply.
