Download the “vel’OH! officiel” app and access nearly 1,000 shared bikes and 97 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!

Bike-sharing has never been so easy

Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.

When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a vel’OH!” and choose your vel’OH! from the list of available bikes there.

At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals

The “vel’OH! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.

Access the service as a group

You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “vel’OH! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.

Collect points

Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Please fix the problem in the stations!

The veloh are amazing, but currently is happening more and more times that the stations doesn’t release any bike!! It’s not the best when at 2am you have to search for a night bus because the station doesn’t let you take ANY of the 10 available bikes! Please fix this awful bug.

Embarrassing

Lux is well known for poor services and low quality of stuff. Vel’OH\! Is one of the jokes lux still admit in the city. If you want a stress free ride avoid using this app. Bikes are broken, 9/10 are not well connected to the system, electric bikes are extremely rare.

If you are lucky, you have 50% of chances it works

Most of the bikes are broken. The amount of battery shown is fake. Often stops working while you are on it. Breaks are broken or totally pressed. I have never seen a service that bad…

Terrible service

I’ve been in different European cities, and I can confirm that this one is the worst service of bike sharing. Application full of errors and bugs, bike stations not working, bikes plenty of problems. They are lucky that this is the only service available in town, otherwise they will lose all the clients
