The app could be better. The bikes should be scrapped
The app would be better if it informed riders how much charge is available in the listed bikes before going to the parking station. The bikes were chose had unserviceable brakes and none were showing any charge on the LEDs. We tried them in case the LEDs were too faint fur the bright sun but they were both spent. On returning to the parking station, all the bikes were showing zero charge. One bike had a front light hanging off. I’m deleting the app because I won’t be trying another of these bikes. If it wasn’t to provide a reliable service Vélonecy would be advised to check out the Bolt system used in Tallinn.
