Verizon One Talk FAQ
Is Verizon One Talk free?
Yes, Verizon One Talk is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Verizon One Talk legit?
⚠️ The Verizon One Talk app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
It will not allow me save a custom greeting for voicemail. It keeps saying “cannot save this greeting due to network issue.” Please fix this, and yes I have tried everything it is not an issue with the cellular network, WiFi, or the phone itself.
Problems and Uninformed Staff
Staff needs to communicate better about policies, plans, and options. Have had problems with OneTalk every step of the way.
Lost our data on one occasion and currently our business phone hasn’t worked for 2 days despite us paying for it.
Need to be able to block numbers
Cuts in and out and has a hard time connecting. There’s also no way of blocking people! That’s one of the biggest problems of all, please fix it! Then I will redo review
Worst app ever!
I have been using this feature for about a year now, and I am consistently calling into customer service, technical support, and my local business representative for Verizon for assistance.
My calls are constantly being dropped, my clients cannot hear me on the phone, or they cannot hear me on the phone, I have several calls. I go straight to voicemail and I am not able to answer, It takes forever to provide voicemail, this app has definitely affected my business.
I have consistently overtime asked for assistance over and over and over I was told the new $20 version will be much easier and correct the bugs I was having. That is to be proven as I still have the same problems. They have asked me to erase it and reapply the app so I lose all my text messages phone logs, and Client contacts.
This app is a failure!!
It’s bad.
I want to go back to a separate phone instead of the app. You can’t block calls, you can’t report spam calls or texts. I get more voicemails than actual calls due to the spotty coverage in my area and Verizon keeps putting in “tickets” for better coverage. Calls drop on the app daily, disconnect daily. Better off with a separate phone than this app IMOP. The saved contacts aren’t merging or being saved on the desktop app, visa versa. It’s more of a hassle than anything.
Phone talk
When we pickup the line usually can’t talk it keep saying connecting it has something to do with internet
Catering and food service
We that food
It’s actually gotten worse with updates
Been using this for several years. Unreliable and I miss calls from clients. Tech support non existent even staying on holding for hours. Developer please respond. How can this be a business app?
Problems continue and even tier 2 cannot help with basic solution to my voicemail issue. Voicemail! Like it’s 2007. Awful customer service. Please respond!
Worst app I have for business
This app is really poorly created. I use it for our business and it consistently makes me look unprofessional by dropping calls. However, more annoying is that it shies voicemail notification badges when there are zero voicemail. Makes me crazy. I hope improvements can be made before I look elsewhere.
Worst app & service
Don’t bother giving feedback on the app because no one ever responds. Messaging keeps disabling. Phone calls constantly dropping. You can have great cell reception and WiFi and it will still tell you you’re not connected.
