Awful customer support
I have clearly uploaded my passport to try and get KYC’d, it is crystal clear. It got rejected 5 times and then I had to reach out to customer service. I am still waiting to hear back. I can’t do anything without being KYC’d so I am missing out on drops

El servicio técnico no responde! Te bloquean la cuenta sin avisar cuando ellos quieren. Y no puedes reclamar por que no responden ni hacen nada!

They have stolen more than $600, I bought nft and comics and now I don't have access to them. I have sent them emails to solve the problem and today I have not received any response from Veve, it's pathetic... It's a scam!!!!
Where are my gems?
App is cool but… I bought 120€ in gems about 7 hours ago, money from my bank account has been removed, but I still have no gems on my Veve account… I'm looking for a phone number or a gmail account so I can explain the issue but i can’t find any of them. What can I do?

Ya se puede hacer retiro de las gemas. Porfin. Solo queda volar.
En iPhone no está completa y el cambio a euro es una estafa.
Si quieres usar esta aplicación, úsala en android… porque no te dejan usar su token. Aparte te estafan con el cambio euro a dólar. Apple debería de quitarla hasta que sea una aplicación medianamente honesta.
