Disabled Account
Have barely been onto my account for the past year as I initially had my KYC rejected and never managed to get a response on my support ticket. Decided to try and resubmit my documents a year on as I had some free time and before I could even upload my documents was logged out and told my account had been disabled. Given the amount of money I have spent and still have in collectibles on the app, the customer service is horrendous. Submitted a new ticket and awaiting a response but have been left without any explanation which just leaves a sour taste in the mouth. A little advise for VEVE, the process of submitting tickets and being told just to wait patiently and advised not to try and reach out again if we don’t hear back is horrible. It wears down consumer trust and will ultimately stop users coming back.
