Decent service, long waits, bring back bus
bring back 672! way to make college and university harder to access in the southside ! TAMUSA area is getting houses and a hospital but the bus route was taken, does not make sense for a growing community.

The service overall is pretty good my main issue is that there are no notifications given to me until the driver is at my stop. This has led to me missing a good few rides simply because I got distracted and didn’t check the app enough then I decide to check and it’s like already a minute away and at that point I can’t get there in time. There should at least be a notification when a driver is found and when they are nearby aswell.
Installed and tried to login, but it attempts to send an SMS to verify that never arrives. Waste of time.
When I choose a certain time to be picked up it gives me another option instead of the time I want then I have to wait almost an hour then the message tells me that my ride is delayed and I have to wait another almost 30 minutes because the driver wants to pick up almost three people before picking me up and then I’m the last one to get dropped off and miss my bus do better!!!
most of the time its good but alot of the time the rides are very late and make me late to things. i plan an hour ahead and go early but they still arrive 30 mins late max. its bad in the morning when i have somewhere to be and i dont even live that far but it takes an hour or more to just get somewhere that is 15 mins away. as i write this i have been waiting for one ride for 50 minutes. i received a message that they were on the way 15 mins later than normal, then i kept waiting and the driver stayed in the same spot the entire time, 5 mins away from me, still saying they were on the way but they werent going anywhere. i had to order another one a whole hour later and now im late. this is the only way i and many many others have to get around its very hard to manage at times.
I loved it super clean
Rides constantly delayed, Unfathomable wait times (Over an hour) for such a short car ride. Been late to destination so many times because they never actually pick you up at the time you want to them too. You’d be better off walking because by the time you get to your destination your vehicle will just now be pulling up to the pick up spot. And especially considering the fact that your ride is more than likely to be picking up more passengers.
While the service isn’t bad and I understand the idea behind it. Losing buses 629 & 630 has just made it worse to plan my commutes. These buses took me everywhere and are significantly easier to plan around.
Affordable and most of the drivers I came across are very sweet, & understanding.
Would be nice if the app gave notifications instead of through text. Can’t get text in my job but app notifications go through.
