Improvements needed
I tried to book a Prestige Class cabin for two but got the message “not available, next date is xxxx”. Had to go back and start again. It would be better if you could click to select the next available date directly.

Absolutely
Data entry into the booking page is full of code errors. I suggest removing the app from the app store until the code is correctly implemented. That will save customers time and annoyance at Via Rail.
Nothing works Waste of time
You can only use the app with reservations made through the app making it useless for everyone else.
Not much here! Schedules? Prices? Seats? Any details remotely associated with train travel…
Persistent “No Internet Connection” error message. App is totally useless. (A) My cellular data is turned on and (B) the Via app has permission to use cellular data. Absolutely useless app; horrible QA here. Fail.
App Sign-In didn’t work. I had to delete the App and re-install it to fix the problem.
I cannot figure out how to find a train to take. Where are the schedules? Where ate the maps? I want to go between Niagara Falls and Winnipeg. I cannot figure out how to find a train between those two cities
It is true that this app does nothing of value. I would suggest its developer spend a bit of time, well, developing before releasing useless crap. It’s unfortunate that an app can reflect poorly on the service and safety of the company itself.
