Can’t even progress past the QR code recognition part of registration. Avoid.

Cameras will stop recording by it self, you try to play it back and you cant when it’s working, now i tried to reset them and the QR code doesn’t open, so save your money and buy something better and i have 4 of them 😓😓😓

Here are two options to set up the camera. Neither of them work! I sit the QR code 20-26cm in front of the camera on full brightness, nothing. I do not know why there is no ‘victure wifi’ option showing up. The red light is flashing. I have tried resetting it.

I really swithered with this because of previous bad reviews. But victure has built a great app here that does everything you could need to and really good cameras alongside it. I’ve been using their cameras and the old ipc360 app for about four years and just made the switch to a new model and this app and I’m happy I did. What’s more I contacted their customer review with a few questions and they were so prompt and friendly with their reply. Well done Victure, long may it last!

When the app works it’s fine. But Everytime the camera is unplugged you have to reconnect it with the app. Quite inconvenient in a rush

It is a great way for me to watch on my elderly dog when I am out the only feature the needs improving is the microphone to talk to your pet/child

Moved on to this after using the IPC360 app. Although design and clarity are massively improved, it has a few flaws compared to its predecessor. First and most importantly, two people are unable to view the camera feed at once. Meaning I can’t look in on the little one sleeping while I’m at work without kicking my partner off the feed. Secondly the sound is almost inaudible even when the app and my device are at top volume. Connected to this is a problem of what bafflingly appears to be fold-back on the sound. At odd times, sound starts feeding back and creating a terrible din on the app, meaning that leaving it on in our bedroom and using the sound to wake us if the little one wakes and calls for us is no longer possible. Which, seeing as the other one did all this without a problem means this upgrade is essentially a downgrade. So where as this is a nice upgrade in a couple of ways, some key fundamentals are unacceptably lacking.

Have tried unsuccessfully to sign up to install PC530. Cannot receive verification code and no response from pic support. Waste of money.

Absolutely disgraceful. It works one minute and the next just disconnects and the app is not working at all. Literally got kicked off the app for being “inactive” while trying to reconnect the camera??? Now I can’t even log back into my account because it says “data couldn’t be reached because it isn’t in the correct format”. What a waste of time and money.

Bought the camera and it doesn’t even stream properly. Do not waste your money. Furious!
