I had originally written a negative review because after so many years there were still no walking directions. Well, my bad. I just hadn’t read the screen. Press the walking icon and away you go. It helps give you a feel for the entire resort and makes locating a restaurant a snap. Thanks. Aside from that all the menus and activities are listed and easily accessible. The map is a bit rudimentary and you can’t zoom in but all in all a good app and very useful.

worked better last year before Jan 2020 update

Used it last year at cancun and Vallarta and in Canada to plan and book reminders. Loved it then. Since update last week the app is essentially useless for finding out what is going on or booking dinner reservations. Pages don’t load or it crashes. Problem might be made worse with the limited and very slow basic internet from Vidanta.

The app crashes sometimes on my iPhone 6, but on other phones it’s great!! They updated it very well since last year. Only improvement would be an app to tell you which shuttles and roads to take.

Waste of time

The map navigation is awful, you can’t find anything. The app crashes when you are using it. The search function doesn’t work to find anything. Everything that I tried to use failed. Utter trash.
