Marriott really needs to work on their technology. This app rarely works.
I needed to pay my Maintenance fee while I was traveling. There was a message that this feature wasn’t working on IPhones or IPads. Forced me to phone Marriott Vacation Club, we are Chairman Level. The Marriott phone lines were overwhelmed and after a message stating this, the phone line just disconnected.
Update your app. Wasted so much time on my vacation for a transaction that should have been completed quickly and easily on this app.
