There is no “manage booking” function on this app. Also navigating around is confusing as the app does not comply with the iOS design principals.

Dreadful app
Terrible experience. I was told via the customer service staff that the only way I could add luggage to my booking was via the app - tried to do that and it crashed every time I added luggage to the booking.
What is the point of this App?
You can’t manage your flights as reported by numerous others. Developers obviously more focused on making it look pretty with nice colours and pictures rather than actually being useful and taking notice of customer feedback.
Worse airline app
Worse airline app. Not user friendly. Points extremely hard to redeem. Waste of time trying to collect points on Vietnam airline

Seriously why do they even bother! I have tried to use it on many occasions and just give up! Even to place my frequent used tickets for our points! No luck

Terrible
I got this app to manage my flights but it asks you to login by giving your mobile number. It is then meant to send you a code but no code is received. I’m in Australia, I guess this doesn’t work if you are not in Vietnam. Frustrating.
Bad design, Terrible function, Very Stupid
The app doesn’t seem to know it’s own buttons or functions. PNR codes and emails have to be constantly put in even when you have selected them in your own account. The payment function seemed to freeze and instructed me to re-book a flight that it then ended up booking and purchasing twice. When I tried to refund one ticket through the app that I purchased it through, it stops the refund process because apparently I can only refund tickets that are purchased through the app?? Makes we want to book flights with other carriers it s so bad.
Unable to manage your bookings from the app
You can not manage the booked flights from the app. Every time you need to enter your booking details and it takes you to the website. What is the purpose of downloading the app if you have to access your booking from the website only.
Terrible App
Such a terrible app, even all my information is correct (coz i check it on my laptop), but I cannot sign in 🤬
