Had so much trouble booking a flight in this app, had to reenter details 4 times & still didn’t go through, tried the website, not much better Then tried to book seats, save your time & try to book through somewhere else

One of the worst apps ever. Functionality is rubbish. No logic. Just awful!

I am Vietnamese and I am extremely angry with the support team. I wanted to change the ticket and sent an email at that time, the ticket price was only 1k3$AU. 3 hours later, I received a reply email and it was 12am at night in Australia to force me to pay. At that time, I slept because I couldn't wait and I asked for another link, the difference in ticket price was up to 2k150$AU.. just because of irresponsible service, I lost another 800$ in just 4 hours. The worst company I have ever known.If i can vote 0* ill do it.

The App is hard to navigate. The Chat service is so poor. I question why they have a Chat option as they never answer any questions. Vietnam Airlines constantly change flight times and it is near impossible to contact them. Their service is third class!!!!

App is terrible, the latest ‘Update’ leads to an infinite circle of hell. Update~App Store~Open~Update etc where there is no end.

Won’t let me use and us to update! But I have the latest update. Can’t update if you already have the latest version. So the app ask to update to latest version and you click on update. Goes to App Store and AppStore says you have the latest version and even though you click on the download and because you have the latest version it opens up the app and then goes in circles!?!!

When opening the app it directs you to update it and diverts you to the App Store which diverts you back to the App and around and around you go without being able to access their app at all. Guess I won’t be booking Vietnam Airlines flights to Vietnam if I can’t access the app to do it.

For the national carrier of Vietnam this app needs to improve. Entering names on bookings is wrong as the ask you to enter your middle then first name. Where they actually want you to enter first then middle name as per your passport. This is important when flying as check in are strict with ticket vs passport details. I’ve now tried to access the app which sends a notice to update which when you do you go around in circles of update app / open message. Cmon Vietnam love your flights but this app is very very poor.

This app won’t open … when I click on OPEN all I get is an update option and when I click on Update it goes back to OPEN again but the app refuses to open. Just Open>Update>Open>Update ad infinitum. Absolutely hopeless!!

Error in email address entered, no option to update details. App sends OTP which never arrives, doesn’t recognise flight details, and multiple other faults. Horrendous
