Worst airline app which I ever used. A lot of bags, no logic, even after login in need to provide booking reference to find reservation and check in… Chat with support is another story, but also 1 out of 5. WORST experience ever.

F..ing app just doesn’t work!! Spent 15 min, putting there all my data (!!!) including passport and address, and then app just wrote smth in Vietnamese and closed. Thieves and scammers!!!

There is no “manage booking” function on this app. Also navigating around is confusing as the app does not comply with the iOS design principals.

Terrible experience. I was told via the customer service staff that the only way I could add luggage to my booking was via the app - tried to do that and it crashed every time I added luggage to the booking.

You can’t manage your flights as reported by numerous others. Developers obviously more focused on making it look pretty with nice colours and pictures rather than actually being useful and taking notice of customer feedback.

Worse airline app. Not user friendly. Points extremely hard to redeem. Waste of time trying to collect points on Vietnam airline

Seriously why do they even bother! I have tried to use it on many occasions and just give up! Even to place my frequent used tickets for our points! No luck

Cant make international payment

I got this app to manage my flights but it asks you to login by giving your mobile number. It is then meant to send you a code but no code is received. I’m in Australia, I guess this doesn’t work if you are not in Vietnam. Frustrating.
