Rubbish
Absolute pile of rubbish. It asks for a reference but I don’t have one. How is one supposed to login to the app or online, when you don’t have a reference. There are no instructions online either, not that I should have to do this. Absolute pile of rubbish
Japanese Trip
The app was very useful however at times, it did not match with the separate self explorer app, which could have caused concerning ramifications. Besides other issues, two different hotels

I have been using Trailfinders for a couple of years now and they are a superb company who provide a top class, professional service. Whether dealing with their representatives in person at their Glasgow office or by phone, every single person that I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend that you check them out if you are looking to book a long haul trip. ADM
