When I clicked on the game app icon to access the game, the loading bar showed up briefly before disappearing. The screen with the Vikings illustration hang thereafter.

Downloaded on an offer for crowns on another game (denominations) been days, but haven’t received my crowns. Offer required me to complete level 10, I’m on level 18. Tried to raise the ticket by submitting he image of my player level. Feedback page Sysmex maximum upto 5mb image can be uploaded, however, my image of 1.1mb shows exceeded file size. What are you guys playing at? please contact ur relevant team to complete the offer. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I completed the offer
