Please check performance of latest update

Great game but the latest update has performance issue on iOS. It makes my iphone battery super hot just 15 seconds after opening the app, and there is a significant lag while playing, e.g. when I open the menu to send troops to yielding resources, its super slow to enter the number of troops from keyboard. Also the game crarshes multiple times while I’m browsing gears in the forge, which never happened before. Please check, thank you for making this game.
