Doesn’t work effectively

The app won’t recognise my booking, the main website does so I know it’s fine. There is another app but it isn’t available to me in the UK. Terrible experience

Dreadful

You would expect this app to have a map and it does, but the map laughably does not show the swimming pool. Arguably the biggest drawcard of the resort and its not labelled on the map.

Bowling

Can’t find my details

I’ve created a login via the website but when I try to use the same login details via the app it doesn’t work. I’ve attempted to reset my password via the app which takes me to the website. Once I’ve updated my password the app still doesn’t find my login details.

Doesn’t seem to work

Booked Euro Disney staying here...put in all the booking Numbers I have and nothing...keeps telling me I don’t know my name.

Amazing app easy to use

A really good app for booking what you need on holiday at VillagesNature. It even has navigation so when you’re in the park you can easily navigate to where you need to go!

Truly dreadful app

Would give this zero if only that were possible. Many gripes but the biggest for me is that you give a map that is of such low resolution that you can’t zoom in to find your apartment because the apartment members pixelate. Come on Centreparcs, for the money you are charging us, spend a little more on app development.

Doesn’t Work

The app doesn’t recognise my booking number, despite me using the same number to check-in.

Great source of information

All the information you need for your stay in one easy to access place

Only shows paid activities.

The only point of this app is to part you from your money. There is no information about activities that are included in your accommodation fee. However If you want to book bowling for 36 eur this is the app for you.
