Captions cannot be disabled when adjusting resolution

I just updated the app and now when I’m playing a video and want to adjust the resolution, I cannot disable the close captions. This was not the case previously, so it seems that the update now has an issue where it’s forcing close captions when you change the resolution from default. I do not want to see Vimeo’s auto captions but want to manually increase the resolution on the app. Please fix!!!!

Very professional tool to support a bussines or career. In personal use is fantastic too. Best wishes!

No customer service

It’s good when it works, but if you have ANY issues there’s no way to contact anyone, but a form. If you submit an issue, you won’t hear back until at least the next day sometimes days later when you no longer need help and the help they offer is totally inadequate.

Bad content

I downloaded the app, created the account, and found the content to be disturbing, uncanny, abstract, uninformative, uneducational, provocative, and undesirable.

recently watched is missing

After I touched view all on recently watched, it redirects to watch section instead which is missing. Can you fix this issue? I want to clear recently watched as well

The user interface is terrible

I never write reviews but This app user face is extremely HORRIBLE. I have to go to a browser to even buy/rent any movie. I can’t just do it from the app. So I rent it from a browser. I get back on my phone open the app so I can watch it on my phone and I can’t even see my purchase. I click on restore purchase and of course it says something went wrong. lol what a joke

This app just doesn’t work.

It’s been telling me I’m not connected to the internet for a year. All of my iOS are updated and there is no app update available. I have to use the desktop version.

No way to casually browse

It’s just a list you can’t control. You just start from the top and hope there’s a movie you’ve never heard of that will interest you baes off a THUMBNAIL AND SHORT DESCRIPTION. Awful interactivity. No community feel
