They are scammers. Please please, don’t trust them. They took my money and when I went to hotel no reservation was there!! I tried to contact him and they showed some care and asked me to wait to solve this issue. After 6 hrs of waiting they disappeared and I realised they just scammers!!
I have booked a reservation for 1 day 5 stars hotel for $250. The vio company couldn’t be able to confirm my reservation. I was not able to do the check in and I ended up in the street that night try to figure it out. They do partners reservations. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND PAID THEM. They are not trust worthy, they took my money.
I’ve booked room and clearly showing the room with view in the main confirmation upon checking in reception saying showing normal view not Kaaba view I contacted them they saying hotel is right

There is a hotel reservation application called vio.com. The reservation was confirmed and the reservation was also paid for. After arriving at my destination, it was discovered that there was no reservation, which led to the failure of the travel plan due to the imaginary reservation.
If I could write my experience with this app and my booking is zero I would they double booked me twice the hotel that I was booked in did not come with the free breakfast. Also didn’t have my reservation from December 5 to January 5 and canceled my booking from January 5 to the 14th four days early. They are refusing to accommodate me for the money I had to spend at another hotel due to their negligence and did not give me a refund. For the terrible experience that I had they have a severe lack of accountability and they do not care about you do not look here.
Easy to navigate and understandable interface
Customer service followed up on the issue I had with our hotel room, and when my husband returned to the reception for the second night, the problem was resolved. However, there should be clear descriptions and detailed explanations of each room’s amenities, along with accurate images of each room type in the app, to prevent such issues in the future.
