Last Friday, I visited the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Kelowna reserved though Vio.com. When I checked in, the staff asked if I had reserved two pets, and I said no. However, when I returned from the trip and checked the receipt, the amount of the pet was included. There was no way to send an e-mail to the hotel, so I sent an e-mail requesting a refund to the customer center at Vio.com but I received an insincere reply saying that a cancellation fee was charged, saying that consultation with the hotel had not been made. I am not good at speaking English, but I called the hotel and asked for a refund, but there was no reply. I emailed Vio.com twice again, but they sent me the same answer again EXACTLY SAME!!. I doubt if you really talked to the hotel. Vio.com misrepresented my reservation, and the hotel is delaying the responsibility to the customer, saying that the reservation was made even though they saw that there were no pets when I checked in. The two companies extorted my money like robbers. I will never use them again and will continue to share my experiences with people around me. The

If I could write my experience with this app and my booking is zero I would they double booked me twice the hotel that I was booked in did not come with the free breakfast. Also didn’t have my reservation from December 5 to January 5 and canceled my booking from January 5 to the 14th four days early. They are refusing to accommodate me for the money I had to spend at another hotel due to their negligence and did not give me a refund. For the terrible experience that I had they have a severe lack of accountability and they do not care about you do not look here.

Easy to navigate and understandable interface

Customer service followed up on the issue I had with our hotel room, and when my husband returned to the reception for the second night, the problem was resolved. However, there should be clear descriptions and detailed explanations of each room’s amenities, along with accurate images of each room type in the app, to prevent such issues in the future. They will charge you for your rooms and not send the payment information to the hotel. That’s what they did to me, payed for two rooms and ended up without a room on time and charged for on time service. Use a trusted service, don’t fall for the rates.

It is super easy to use and the bookings are always confirmed. I have booked 3 separate hotel stays with Vio.com or on the Vio app. I highly recommend

Been using this app since a few years now booked over 30 rooms never had a issue always 15-30% cheaper then anyone else booked a room at the W which was $439 a night I got it for 197 a night would highly recommend
