La joven que aparece al inicio con la bola de cristal es terrible, hace que el juego no empiece. Por favor eliminen a esa horrible chica con la bola de cristal, es terrible. No deja ingresar al juego!!!

Game freezes up
I like this game but it continually freezes up interrupting my games every time I have to see an add it freezes my game you need to fix this issue. Continual freezing This game is getting worse about freezing up. I have offloaded and reinstalled a couple times hoping that will clean up the problem but if not I’m going to delete it
Loved UNTIL…
I have played this game for a while and I love it even though sometimes it takes weeks or days to complete a level. It’s obvious the game is rigged against the player, but I can live with that. It makes me even more proud of a finished level. However, lately the free second chance doesn’t work. It is rare that I use it. I feel like it’s cheating. But, occasionally, when I’ve played for days, I know I’m being cheated, and I’m so close, I use the free extra time. But now, I spend my time waiting on the commercial to finish only to be met with a screen that’s says LOADING… This doesn’t end no matter how long I wait. So again, you’ve overcome the game, the game working against you, you use a help, but the help never comes. Again, I love this game, but I’m almost finished.
Way too many cliches
The game constantly freezes when I’m attempting to watch a video for a free rewind. This often happens when I’m EXTREMELY close to finishing a level. I have contacted in app support several times. This is frustrating and makes me not want to play. It’s been such an excellent game that I’ve enjoyed for almost a year now. I’ve invested too much time and money, and want to continue playing, but not if I’m gonna keep getting screwed
Upset
The game offers rewards if you watch videos. At least half the time you watch the video and then when it’s time for reward. No reward
They need to fix all their issues
I love this game and a few months ago would have given it 5 stars but now it’s just frustrating with all its issues. Won’t load your team, won’t load extra free attempts after you watch the video, now the game just shuts down in the middle of playing. Just downloaded a similar game to possibly switch. Hate this for them but may be time to fire someone and get it back together.
No more free game?
What happened ? This is so crazy! 😭 now they ask me to update and I can’t play because they ask me to charge for the game 😭😭😭 this game I play for years and helps me a lot whit mys anxiety and my stress 😭😭😭😭
Doesn’t reward prizes.
So I play this game both on my iPhone and on Facebook desktop. If you start on one device, you can continue on another and it saves your game progress. Cool. I played a tournament and the prize was 13 boosters. While playing on desktop, the prize didn’t register. I emailed customer service and they said don’t expect to get any prizes from the desktop version. Then why have the tournaments there? I sent them proof I won and they gave me three different boosters, not thirteen, and inferior ones at that. Real bad customer service.
