Problem

Its not working for a week. Please fix the problem.

What’s happened?

Been playing this game for a while now and have noticed there’s so many glitches and errors whilst playing. The graphics are terrible now, they detract from the game. Think I’m going to be uninstalling as it’s unplayable now

New UI is awful

I love this game because it didn’t feel infantile… til they changed the UI and made it feel more suitable for 6 year olds… Won’t be playing it again as I don’t want to feel patronised by a game! If you can get past the bubblegum UI it was a great game so I’m sure it’s still 50% what it used to be!

Upgrade is awful

I loved this game, but it’s upgraded today and the colours are so awful I can’t see properly to play it, will be deleting if it’s not rolled back.

Error in Game

After last updates, the game was unable to open. Can you please check?

Don’t bother downloading

Really enjoyed this game at first but unless you enjoy playing the same level for numerous days because you refuse to spend money to advance don’t bother downloading. It gets so boring and frustrating and they bank on this for you to spend the money.

Ruined great game with update

Why change the orientation? Things were just perfect before. Not everyone likes games that are ‘portrait’. Please change back or allow a choice in the settings. I won’t be able to play anymore 😭

Landscape option, please.

Used to love playing this but for some reason, it’s now in portrait mode only, please change it back. Not easy playing it in portrait mode. Afraid that if you don’t change it back, you’ve lost a player. What a shame as I loved this game.

Why make it locked to portrait mode??

I used to absolutely love this game. I could spend hours playing. For the past few days I could figure out why the screen wouldn’t rotate. After numerous resets of the game and my phone I thought I’d check the App Store and report it as a bug. To my horror I find that it’s not a bug but actually something you have done intentionally! Why on earth have you ‘locked in portrait mode to enhance playing’ with the last update? I have tried and tried but it is absolutely awful and so awkward to play. There was no reason to LOCK it in portrait mode. Yes, some players might like it in portrait but it’s easy enough to turn off autorotate and lock it on their phone. All you’ve done is take away the landscape option for the players who prefer landscape. It has not ‘enhanced’ play at all, you’ve just alienated all the players who prefer landscape. Please, please give the players the option on orientation back!

Put me off playing

Why has the free 2nd chance rewind been taken off the game?? Been stuck on a hard level for several weeks and now the rewind has been removed I’ve no way of winning the level. Hard levels are almost impossible to win but now it’s completely impossible. Shame, I enjoyed playing but might just have to delete the game :(
