Absolutely trash product with no existent service. I paid more than 30K for an app that doesn’t let me log in. This is after the payment has been made. Their so called relationship manager said I’m now a week long leave. I asked to be redirected to someone else so atleast I can log in but no response. The sales representative claims my request have been sent over a mail but guess what? I still cannot even log in. Will you refund my money since I have got no service that I paid for. No you will not. Absolutely never take any service by Shaadi cause they just want your money and they literally have no service. After 30K it’s showing my Number is not registered. WORST experience of my life. Will request please don’t pay for this nonsense. You will not get anything from shaadi. Rishta to door ki baat app hee functional nahi hai. WORST experience ever.

VIP shaadi is a trap. After taking money, they don’t do anything.

Please don’t buy their package or any other, it’s a money making service for them, they promise and show you rosy pictures of their service. They play with emotions of people here. They have all amateurs working as consultants most of them are not even married I suppose, how can they handles people’ profile while talking to opposite parties, they need to employ Middle Aged people who have the experience of dealing with institutions of marriage. Genuinely I feel they can improve their service as people who put their profiles on this platform think they may find partners here.
