Completely hopeless for making payments. You’d think this would be one thing they’d want to get right. Only gave one star as zero not permitted

Not sure it works for uk based virgin holidays
Didn’t work, couldn’t log in even using every reference we had. Might work one day but currently no go. Might be for US based folks only, who knows but it didn’t work for me as a UK based VHFF
Payment page
App is terrible for payments always errors and you can’t make a payment with a . In so like £39.79 has to be full Good for countdown and documents. Needs a major update it’s utter rubbish best of using the website

Issues with payments. Logs you out constantly making the app pointless 😭

Like the countdown feature and convenient for travel info but having trouble logging in and have NEVER been able to make an online payment since booking my holiday almost a year ago
Terrible app
I wouldn’t bother downloading it, just pay online. Wouldn’t let me log in for a month after paying the deposit. Once logged in the payment function just doesn’t work; have to pay in whole ££, once you make a payment it crashes and doesn’t log any payment details for weeks. It’s shocking.
You think they would try harder to let you give them money
Every time I try to make a payment on the app, I am asked to authenticate my payment. Which is all good to this point, unfortunately when you go back to the app to confirm you are faced with a black screen and no way to do this. Minimise the app and you can see the page but you can’t open it and engage with it. So frustrating!!!
Cannot change booking
App is only showing 2nd booking & cannot access upcoming booking!
Problem paying
Tried several times to pay for a holiday what’s the point of having the app
Fix it!
Cannot make a payment on the app or website and looking at reviews it seems to be a common issue so please sort it!
