We also continuously innovate to give you cool new features like the Smart QR Code Label that allows you to access more information on your treasured clothes than 5-6 polyester labels in most of the garments.

Absolutely love the new version

I absolutely loved the new version of the app. The new fashion styling and the app design feels really premium. I ordered a dress for my wife and she love loved it!! Good job team Virgio

I love the concept and the clothes r so cute

Poor service

I ordered few trousers on 2nd August 2023 & later placed a return request on 5th August 2023, they were supposed to schedule a pick up for the return order before 11th of Aug2023. It has been more than 20 days now, they haven’t shown up yet. I wonder how much time they will take to refund my money.

Poor customer services

For 1200rs refund they wasted 13 days but still saying the same that give us 24 hours to resolve it and they said this line 4-5 times in these 13days..they are just delaying the issue so that they don’t have to pay for it and also they don’t have a good courier service partner..sometimes you will receive ruined package and they don’t care about it..they just want to finish the delivery
