I cannot cancel my subscription via app store or viva one app. I already tried sending an email to the support but I got no reply at all. Its been months since I stopped using the app and I keep on being billed for it since I can't cancel it on my end.

Paid the subscription but I can’t even log in the second time around. It’s always saying to turn off VPN, but Im not using any. It’s also saying it’s not available in my country. IM IN PH duuhhhhhh. Restarted my iPad countless of times already.

I should've believed on the other reviews. Such a useless app. Waste of money you can’t even watch! Black screen only and just keeps on loading! I still downloaded it despite of the bad reviews just to give it a benefit of the doubt.
