try to play video not working just black screen the app it self not working
I hate the app
I currently subscribed in this app but still every eps of the movie series I want to watch is loading and the series I am watching is muted though it’s on full volume I keep pressing the subtitles on but it doesn’t show POOR APP

I successfully downloaded but i cannot sign up. Why?

Ewan ko kung ako lang pero bat ang loading like ayaw maplay ng mga palabas naka pag bayad naman ako ng subscription tapos pag mag download naman ako hindi lumalabas sa part ng download yung video. Gustong gusto ko pa naman mapanood yung new adaptation tapos ganito???? Nakaka disappoint lang sa part ko, sana maintindihan nyo.

First time subscribing in VivaOne app and it’s very disappointing and frustrating that I cannot view the shows I look forward to watch. I have good internet connection, up to date version of IOs, and even the app is updated. I restarted the phone several times too but none works out. It keeps loading. I just wasted my money for paying the subscription fee.

Bakit naman po ganon? Porke ibang device ang ginamit sa pagsubscribe eh ayaw gumana sa ibang deice na ginamit para mag-log in at makanood. Laging nakavpn daw, eh hndi naman ako nakavpn. Sayang lang ng pera na pinangsubscribe. Ayaw nadun gumana nhng nilog-out para irestart, di daw kasali sa regions eh philippines lang ako. Pakiayos naman po. Nawala excitement ko nakakainis. Excited pa naman ako manood ng series na gusto ko tapos ganoon pa.
