Bonjour, Je suis assez déçu car sur les captures d'écran de présentation de l'application, il montre l'option de carte digitale qui m'intéresse, mais il n'est pas possible de bénéficier de cette option et d'une carte digitale en tant que particulier, ce qui est très décevant. D'autres banques en ligne le proposent... Ce serait intéressant de proposer cette option à des particuliers pour améliorer la flexibilité et la praticité de l'application. Bien à vous, Meo
Gebruiksvriendelijker
De app kan zeker nog gebruiksvriendelijker. Waarom moet je steeds de uitvoeringstermijn kiezen bij een overschrijving? Waarom kan dat niet op een standaardkeuze van de gebruiker gezet worden?

Het betaalsysteem van vivawallet is ok. Maar hun bankapp laat wel wat te wensen over: - zeer omslachtige zoekfunctie - soms is het onmogelijk om een begunstigde aan te maken.. - de mogelijkheid om een overschrijving te doen met gestructureerde mededeling bestaat hier niet..

Bonjour Depuis que j’ai mon nouveau iPhone je ne sais pas ouvrir l’application de Viva Wallet. Je l’ai communiquer déjà plusieurs fois au service clientèle mais c’est toujours pareille.
