I canceled this subscription and the app will be expire on 16 Jul 2024. Why did it automatically renew a plan from 6 July to 6 Aug. I cannot select this new purchase on the page “report a problem” of apple to ask apple refund. It is not displayed. Please help refund this.

Lúc đầu tôi Có đăng kí bản dùng thử 3 ngày. Hết 3 ngày sẽ đk 1 năm 999k nhưng tôi ko đk nữa . Ko hiểu sao ap có thể tự động trừ tiền tk ngân hàng liên kết với ví shoppe để tự động đăng kí 1 năm. Ko hiểu làm cách nào mà trừ tiền âm thầm của tôi như vậy. Tiền tự động chuyển sang ví shoppe lúc 2h sáng lúc đó tôi đang ngủ. Và tiếp tục tự trừ từ ví shoppe sang ap để đk tk Vip. Tôi rất thất vọng về ap. Mọi người dùng lên chú ý tránh bị áp tự động trừ tiền đk VIP
