I couldn’t purchase items with my card that has same billing and shipping info called they couldn’t help gave me run around finally got one order to go thru after 17tries!!! I ordered a clone tent kit and 3x3 tent kit. These goofballs send me 9 packages and it took a week to receive them all separately smh again customer service was no help at all!!!! Amazon sends everything the next day and in two packages I had to order my 2x4 tent from Amazon and my two bucket system from Amazon because the app will not let me make purchases so of course I had to spend more cause it was thru Amazon smh!!!! They didn’t fix and they didn’t do anything to accommodate either all in all horrible experience!!!

I attempted to get into contact with VIVOSUN but they didn’t respond till 3 days later when my warrantee expired

Takes a few nudges to get this company to act right, but when they do, they literally are the best at an affordable rate!
