You can't redeem anything because the app won't send the OTP to verify your email so you can update your profile.

Did not send OTP number code to my mobile number. D

If you can’t even register your number, not sure how you access the app. Then ask for a referral code? Not intuitive…waste of time.

Horrible! Barely works!

Horrible app, barely works, payment methods constantly cancel payments before they are even processed! Useless marketing emails for an app that you can’t do any booking on!!

Love this App!

Such a great way to get the best discounts plus loyalty points in Dubai.

Verification code never sent

Entered phone number, never received verification code, can’t use the app.

Very Bad

App won’t accept my foreign phone numbers (I have an American phone and a European phone) for joining so I must pay a premium to play golf because no discount without the app. Super frustrating and a major turnoff for Dubai Golf

OTP didn’t work 5 times.

Horrible app. Won’t accept my Visa card for payment. Have been on the phone with VIYA support many times and they have no idea why it’s not working and couldn’t provide a solution.

Setting up profile is challenging.

Awful user experience trying to set up profile.
