Waste of time

Don’t even bother to download. Not possible to register! Keep on requesting an OTP No to register your mobile number, but the OTP never arrives! Been trying for days!

It doesn’t work!

Wont even let me register!! I put in my mobile number and says it can’t be done at this time try again later. I have tried for days!!

Incredibly unreasonable cancellation policy

Always keeping 10% on cancellation at any time (even more than 72 hours in advance)? On UAE green fees that adds up. Even during COVID when people absolutely have to cancel and can’t avoid it? 100 dirham amendment fee less than 5 days before? Extortionate and very rude customer service.

Passcode won’t work

Continuously being sent texts with one time passcodes that don’t work! And there’s no help available!

Useless

DONT EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING . A big fat waste of time

Can’t update personal details

App requires me (previous user of GolfCentral app) to confirm personal details including email but endless loop of One Time Passwords not being issued or received means I can never book anything. So frustrating!

Mobile verification code

Mobile verification code does not work therefore cannot enter the app.

Can’t get OTP

OTP arrives hours too late

Such amazing discounts! Free to download which is great.

Do not use

Do not use this company. Our holiday to Dubai was cancelled and they have not refunded us our green fees, despite promising to on many occasions (and this being in their terms and conditions).
