Be careful! This app is charging credit card after subscription expiration date

My credit card was already charged 3 times a monthly charge after the subscription expired. I did not realize that until today and this is a very bad practice!!! Watch your credit card statements! RESPONSE TO THE DEVELOPER RESPONSE: The subscription has been cancelled in August 2024 and since then it is not active. Despite this I have been charged already 3 times….Dear Developer, please don’t paste your standard responses just stop charging my credit card and return what you have charged not rightfully!!!

When trying to signup if you select free trial it tries to bill your card with 15 bucks. If you then cancel it allows to fill in the profile for data collection but can’t proceeded without going thru the trial and card billing.

Be careful. First they offer you a free trial. Then, after you agree to it, there would be one more popup which subscribes you for a year subscription without waiting for the end of free trial. I consider it a fraud.

I paid $4.99 to try this app and decided to cancel subscription, but they offered me a yearly subscription for $39.99, which I consider a good price and ended up subscribing. For some reason, they are now charging me $9.99, and be aware that they won’t provide you with a receipt so don’t know why they are charging me again. 😡

It was charging me weekly and I thought it was monthly. Then when I switched to the annual plan it charged me for both the week and year. No response yet from support so I’m going to have to call my credit card and cancel it and just be out the money. DO NOT GET!!

It was working fine on day 1 but opening it back up has been a pain. Stuck in the loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, which worked for a bit but now the issue is persisting. the app is unusable.

I bought the 7 day free trial and my account was charged simply for starting it, it claims it was free yet I payed 15$ for 1 week. Completely unbelievable I want a refund.
