It’s not “in-app purchases”. It offers a 7-day trial and then an annual membership. Really tired of apps not being upfront about the costs!
Be aware!
Be aware they will charge you the $80 fee rght away with no option to cancel and reporting to Apple doesnt help either! False advertising to rip you off!
the app is great
the ui is easy navigation, the progress tracking is easy to understand, and reward system for active use to the point. it would be amazing if A filtering system for what’s giving to read was added for people with reading limitations which can come as sounding less confidence.

I have only started using it on lesson one but I am already hooked. This is exactly what I did not even know I could look for.
Native U.S. speaker got 25% British with Indian influence?
I don’t think the accent thing works
There is no free trial
You are charged $80 immediately. Also - the AI voice test is so variable it’s stupid.
Accent test doesn’t work at all
Tried this accent test as a native born English speaker from the United States, and got 29% British, with apparently Indian influence? Thought this was weird, and had a Latin American friend take the test. Also got British, with similar breakdown in the percentages. Test doesn’t work at all, this is nonsense vapor ware.

this app is really great. But the free version does not let me see comment on my voice, this feature would be great.
7 day trial was a scam
There’s no 7 day trial. I installed the app, was going to do an accent test which is when I was asked to sign up with a 7 day trial and guarantee I can cancel within 7 days. There’s no such thing like that. I got charged for annual premium immediately and no where in the app or the subscription says I’m on the 7 day trial and there’s no way to cancel it and get my money back. A SCAM IS A SCAM.
