Excellent app
I swear this worked when I initially used it but a few iOS updates later it is broken. The app only uses the iOS volume steps now. That applies to Bluetooth. It never worked for plugged headphones. It hasn’t been updated in 3 years, so unsurprising.
As others have said, it only affects the volume in larger steps, to the nearest 5% on its display. I believe the iOS only changes in 6.25% steps. Sadly, I enjoy listening to music as I go to sleep each night, but the lowest volume level I can set is still much too loud for rest. As of March 2023 the app has not been updated in 3 years. If it were kept current, it would be worth paying for. As it is now, it appears forgotten or abandoned. Hope the developer is able to restore functionality!
Absolutely love this app. Use it daily. Functionality you cannot get using the iPhone alone. It’s a must have!!!!!!
All of a sudden app only lets you adjust in 5% increments which removes all utility of app. Awful.
The idea is great but it seems to only control in 5% volume increments which is what my iPhone does anyway. I need a very low volume and wanted to get down to the 2-3% level. With my head phones and some apps I like to use 5% is way to loud. Need that finer adjustment. Might not work in a digital environment. Back to analog volume controls
So this app has only presets. The app does not help with precise volume increments via side buttons. Audiophiles this app is not for you.
Worked well until the latest IOS update. Now its useless.
Maybe it’s because I have an iPhone 12. I needed increments, and since it rounds up or down to either 0, 5, 10, etc. no matter what numbers I choose in between, there’s no point. Deleting this app.
Doesn’t actually change volume to between increments when using Bluetooth headphones, which is the entire reason I got this thing.
