Love the app, but it’s broken
Hey Volv’s UX & Analytics team, please do fix the app. If you’re seeing a drop in user engagement, it’s likely because other people are having the same issue as I’m having…
Not sure if this helps you spot the problem, but here’s some context:
- I have an iPhone 14 pro max, I must have gone through your “welcome journey” about a billion times at this point.
- Every time i try, I can’t get past the “upload your picture” screen.
- Wether I upload a picture or press “skip”, I get stuck on a blank, blurred background.
NONETHELESS…
— I still get push notifications… when I click them, I get looped back into the “welcome journey”***
*** this is specially frustrating because the notifications are usually very interesting & clickable.
In summary: I love this app and it’s content. The value proposition is on point, Please let me use it again. Thanks
