Real disaster
App most of the time not connecting to car. Frustrating and makes me distrust the car itself.

Good app but the connection is a disaster…
Terrible app for an equally terrible car! The connection is lost on an almost daily base. It changes all the settings on its own, etc…
App is onbetrouwbaar. Werkt meer niet dan wel.
The UI is fine though I find the options a bit lacking. Connection to the car is horrible though, no matter where the car is parked. Internet of the car itself isn’t particularly great either so that may be part of the problem.
Good app that has a lot of functionalities, small improvement that I’m thinking of is to add a way to modify the desired temperature in the climate controls in the app, also a nice to have is a way to open & close the trunk in the app, a last one I had on my Range Rover is a way to make the headlights flash or make the car play a sound to find the car in a car park 😁
Very good app, clear, efficient and fast 👌🏻
Toen ik mijn auto ging ophalen bij de dealer werkte alles perfect. Zodra ik thuis ben gekomen en de app wou openen, kreeg ik de melding “kan geen andere auto selecteren” en wilt da app niet verder gaan dan het beginscherm.
Great app but changing any charging setting resets the charging current to 6A. Multiple charging windows a day would be a nice feature when using dynamic electricity prices or solar panels.
I’m on 1.7.1 version of the EX30 app based in the UK. The app is simple and aesthetically pleasing. But there are some major UX issues here. I’ve been experiencing problems with the car and Volvo Cars support advised that I remove the vehicle from the mobile app, wait, and then reconnect again. In the app, Profile > Connected cars should give the option to remove the car but annoyingly, the ‘remove’ option isn’t available there. So I’m unable to fix the issue and the Volvo Cars UK stopped responding to my messages. Another issue is that every few weeks I get signed out from the app. The signin requires 2FA with a code via email!!! This means that every time I have to switch back to the email client, find the message, select, copy, switch back to the app, paste the OTP. I struggled to understand why he couldn’t be OTP via text message or simply use biometrics. This is the most annoying auth experience on an app that I regularly use. It is therefore extremely frustrating to me.
